InterTrace is NOT like True Caller (True Caller doesn't actually provide registration information, it provides information gathered from public sources as well as the phonebooks of people who install the True Caller app). InterTrace is a service that links phone numbers, email addresses and IP addresses to people and locations and (until now) was only available to private investigators.
